The RCL Mobile app has been restored! If you still have the app installed, login and use it as you have in the past. If you deleted the app, search “Ramsey County Library” in either the App Store or Google Play and download it again.
Although we were able to work to restore the RCL Mobile app, we are in the process of researching potential replacements. We know maintaining convenient and up-to-date access through mobile devices is important. Thank you for your patience while we worked through this disruption.
