Due to budget cuts, the IRS will be sending libraries only a limited number of 1040/1040-SR forms and instruction booklets. No other forms or booklets are being provided. Some branches will have booklets of reproducible federal tax forms from which you may make copies. You may order federal forms and booklets from the IRS webpage, opens a new window or by calling 1-800-829-3676 Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., the IRS will send them to your residence. Library staff can assist with locating and printing online tax forms but are not able to give advice regarding the forms that you might need. Black and white printing/copying is $.20 per page.

Federal tax forms and publications for businesses often have to be ordered directly from the IRS, opens a new window and cannot be printed off (they may be available locally at office supply stores for a fee).
