Building and Event Accommodations

All Ramsey County libraries are accessible.

If you need an accommodation in order to attend a library class or event please contact the library where the class or event is being held at least 7 days before the event.

Service Animals

Ramsey County Library (RCL) welcomes service animals, as defined by law, in all of its facilities.  The library may ask if an animal is a service animal or ask what tasks the animal has been trained to perform.  More information about service animals can be found here: https://mn.gov/mdhr/yourrights/what-is-protected/service-animals/
