Appreciation is a wonderful thing. It makes what is excellent
in others belong to us as well.
In 2015, our library volunteers provided almost 30,000 hours of service. Volunteers help in many ways:
Placing requested items on shelves
Pulling requested items to fulfill patron requests
Mending worn library materials
Tutoring school age children
Providing animals for Paws to Read programs
Assisting with computer classes
Photographing library events
Cleaning up around library grounds
Volunteers play a vital role in support of the Library's mission and goals. We appreciate volunteers bringing energy, enthusiasm, and willingness to help out -- we appreciate everything they do!
