RCL - White Bear Lake has the following services available:

- Outdoor book return available 24 hours a day
- Indoor book return available during open hours
- The Library does not charge overdue fines for youth materials and has suspended fines on all other materials due to the pandemic
- Pick up of requested items
- Contactless lobby pickup is available
