COVID-19 Closure FAQs

  • Yes. Check out services are available using curbside pickup. Click here to learn more.

    Library materials may be returned at all locations. Returned items will be checked in after 72 hours.  No overdue charges will accrue.

  • We have resumed the normal 3-week checkout period for Library materials. Most items may be renewed (extended) a maximum of two times, online or by telephone, if no one else has requested the material. You can call the library or check your online account to see when your items are due.

  • Yes. You may contact a Ramsey County librarian at any branch or access your online account to place requests.
