Marcy McNeal describes herself, "I’m a 23 year old visual artist born in Minnesota, and a student at the Minneapolis College of Art and Design (MCAD). I see the world differently because I was born with Exotropia, a vision disability that I use to my advantage when making art. I may literally see the world differently, but I believe that every living thing experiences the world differently, and that idea is something I love to play with in my art."
