The Minnesota Recreation and Park Association annually recognize agencies and organizations for outstanding achievements in parks, recreation and leisure services. New Brighton Parks and Recreation received the 2012 Award of Excellence in the Sponsorship and Partnership category for the collaboration with Ramsey County Library.
Criteria for selection included: Planning Process, Funding Plan, Level of Collaboration with Others, Community Support, Originality/Design, Distribution Plan, Evaluation Process and Benefit/Impact. Congratulations, New Brighton!
