Every week, librarian Judy Woodward compiles the most interesting reference questions and sends them to the Roseville Review. Here's this week's exploratory inquiry!
Q. I know how to get to your online catalog, but when I want to look up things by subject, suddenly I feel empty headed. I'm not a very sophisticated search term person. I suck at Google. Can you help?
A. You sound like a great candidate for the Library’s class on “Explore the Library Website.” That class will give you an overview of how the library’s website works and what you can do to make your online visit pleasant and efficient.
The Library offers many classes on computer-related and Internet topics. You can find more information for all these classes on our Library website. Or talk to one of our librarians for additional assistance. (Library Procedures)
