Program Alert: A New Look at Christopher Columbus!

The Four Voyages of Christopher Columbus
    Wednesday, September 24 at 7 p.m.
    RCL - Roseville
2180 Hamline Ave. N. Popular historian J.B. Andersen returns with the untold story of the discovery of America. It’s a story of exploration and discovery; but also one of dissension and mutiny, ships marooned and at least one instance when Columbus got arrested and hauled back to Spain in chains. Come hear about some of the events that get left out of the schoolbooks. Then prepare yourself to be amazed and amused by the New World shenanigans. This event presented in cooperation with the Osher Lifelong Learning Institute of the University of Minnesota and with the support of Minnesota's Arts and Cultural Heritage Fund.
