    Applying for health insurance coverage through MNsure?  Did you know that Ramsey County Library has navigators available Monday through Saturday at the library in Roseville to assist you in applying for health insurance coverage through MNsure?  It's true! You can drop in or call 651-645-0215 to make an appointment.  (Please note:  The library does not make appointments with the Navigator--appointments are handled through Health Access MN at the number given.)
