Minnesota's Reading List - The Minnesota Book Awards
Love a little local reading? Check out the Minnesota Book Awards, celebrating 25 years of honoring the state's rich and vibrant literary tradition. In prestigious literary award news, Hilary Mantel recently won the Man Booker Prize for her novel Bring Up the Bodies, her second novel about the life of Thomas Cromwell. Mantel is only the third author to win the prize twice (she also won it for Wolf Hall--her first novel about Cromwell.) The other two that have won twice are J.M. Coetzee and Peter Carey.
