Special Features: Located in the heart of the Shoreview Commons area, the library has an extensive collection of mystery and travel books, along with classic and contemporary DVDS, video games, and talking books. Floor to ceiling bay windows offer a well lit reading area for adults. The children’s area is well stocked with books, DVDs, CDs and BookFlix an online literary resource for Grades PreK-3. The teen area offers soft comfortable seating and internet access.
The Library has a Fiction Book Group, two Mystery Book Groups and a Poetry Circle meeting monthly. Family and Baby Storytimes are offered weekly. Twice a year the Library hosts Gallery 96 Art Exhibition in May and November. Additional library programs are listed in the Library ExpLORE Newsletter.
